Access to Records
Requests for access to records held by the Firm must be submitted in accordance with PAIA.
The prescribed request procedures and applicable fees will apply where required by law.
The Firm will consider every request in accordance with the provisions of PAIA and any other applicable legislation.
Certain records may be refused where disclosure is prohibited or restricted by law, including information protected by legal professional privilege or client confidentiality.
PAIA Manual
The Firm maintains a PAIA Manual in accordance with the Promotion of Access to Information Act.
A copy of the PAIA Manual is available upon request or may be downloaded from this website once published.
